Immediate Past President Kymber Lovett-Menkiti

Kymber Lovett-Menkiti is president of Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP) in Washington, D.C. She is also the regional director and divisional leader of Keller Williams for the Maryland/D.C. region, where she oversees 4,500+ agents and is the first African American female to hold this position.

Kymber served as the 2020 President of the DC Association of REALTORS® and previously served as president of the 2019 DCAR Executive Committee and as Rookie Committee chair for the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®.

She was appointed by D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser to serve on the District of Columbia Arts Commission. She is also a board member of Crittenton Services Greater Washington and is the head of the Keller Williams National Social Equity Task Force.

Kymber is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and James Madison University and currently lives in Washington, DC with her husband and four young sons.
