- How do I register for a class or event?
Just head over to the GCAAR class calendar, pick a class and follow the registration steps provided. Be sure to use you member number when registering for a class or event.
- Where can I find the courses I’ve taken at GCAAR?
Log in to gcaar.com using your last name and member number, click on member portal at the top of the screen, my profile and online history.
- Where can I find the licensing requirements for DC, MD and VA?
- What do I do to obtain my license in DC through reciprocity?
GCAAR offers the required DC Fair Housing course that qualifies you to sit for the DC Law portion of the test. However, please contact the DC Commission at (202) 442-4340 for specific details on obtaining a DC license through reciprocity.
- Do you offer online courses?
Yes, we have multiple online courses that we offer via a third-party vendor, which offers all required classes, elective classes and a 15-hour renewal package. More information is available on the GCAAR website.
