REALTOR® Benefits and Services
There are many perks that come with being a REALTOR®, and DCAR, along with local partner the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR), aims to provide the necessary tools and resources our members need to succeed. Members can contact our Forms Hotline via email for information on GCAAR’s Montgomery County and Washington, D.C. contacts and forms. GCAAR also offers room rentals at their Rockville location.
Capital Area REALTOR®
Capital Area REALTOR® is the official publication of GCAAR, but DCAR has its own public policy section each issue. The magazine, which is published five times annually, is your link to everything happening in DC and Montgomery County real estate. Members receive a complimentary subscription to the magazine, which offers a wide variety of information about market updates, housing statistics, legislative developments, event information, member spotlights and much more.
