DCAR Members have direct toll-free access to qualified attorneys who can provide information on real estate law, contracts, and forms.

The legal hotline is intended to provide legal risk management (but NOT specific, authoritative legal advice) to all members in combination with their brokers.

DCAR REALTORS^® may call the hotline unlimited times. Callers will receive a response by telephone within three business days. In addition to the call, an e-mail response is promptly sent to all callers and his/her sales managers.

The hotline is operated by Counselor's Title, LLC.
