Correction to Form 1221
Lease Agreement for DC. In the haste to offer a new DC lease along with the new Montgomery County forms, the DC lease was issued without the single family and condo addendums. Agents should add the appropriate information (i.e. who cares for lawns and gutters on single family and who pays for various fees on condos) to the additional information clause of the lease until corrections are made in the zipforms.
